  1. EVERY file you contribute here must have an associated .txt file that
  2. explains what you've contributed, what machine it's for, and what
  3. directory I should store it in after it's removed from 'incoming'.

  5. For example, if you upload q239i4src.zip, I expect to find a file called
  6. q239i4src.txt that has in it something like
  7.    "Qualo's version of NOS for the P239 processor.  Belongs in tcpip/P239"
  8. as a minimum.

  10. Soon I will delete any file which does not have the associated .txt file.
